You have the right to return an item within 10 calendar days since the day of receiving your order,
for the following reasons:

4) You want to change for personal reasons

We only accept returns of products that haven’t been worn and have their labels still attached. Returned goods that seem worn or durty, folded inside out, fabrics with drawn-damaged threads, make-up stains and so on, won’t be accepted. You should take any necessary measures so as to ensure the returned goods arrive at an exceptional condition.
To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the status of the products and the intact packaging in order to identify any obvious defects when delivering your order. Should you find any defect, you must contact us on the same day or next working day.

For health reasons our company does not accept returns on earrings. All products returned to our Company's warehouses are subject to detailed quality control.
In case you purchase a product on sale we cannot refund you the money, you can only replace the purchased goods with a different product(s).
Returns are also not acceptable for promotional goods (for example, BUY 1+GET 1 FREE, Get 2 in Half Price, etc.)
Purchases made with gift cards, coupons or sent as gifts may be changed with other products but can not be redeemed for cash.
